This article explains what to check before purchasing and how to protect yourself from fraud. Its purpose is to help buyers choose reliable Offers that provide good value.
1. Five Essential Checks Before Purchasing
1.1 Offer Price and Service Term
- Compare the price of the Offer with other Offers and external platforms. An unusually low price may indicate higher risk, such as an unstable account, delayed delivery, or an account at increased risk of suspension due to anti-cheat enforcement.
- Confirm that the service term meets your needs. For Digital Subscriptions, the minimum Warranty Period varies by service term; check the actual period and coverage on the Offer page.
1.2 Warranty Information
- Check the Warranty Period and scope of coverage stated on the Offer page.
- For Digital Subscriptions, the platform applies a “Minimum Free Warranty Schedule”:
- 1 month: at least 10 days of warranty coverage
- 3 months: at least 30 days of warranty coverage
- 6 months: at least 60 days of warranty coverage
- 12 months: at least 90 days of warranty coverage
1.3 Delivery Method
- Confirm whether delivery is by account credentials, family group invitation, gift code, assisted Top Up, or in-game delivery, and whether you need to provide any information.
- For delivery methods that require your information, such as family groups or Top Ups, prepare the correct email address, UID, or server. Delivery errors caused by incorrect information will be considered the buyer's responsibility.
1.4 Seller Information and Feedback
- Click the seller's name to view the seller's join date, overall positive-feedback rate, positive-feedback rate over the past 90 days, and categories of currently Listed Offers.
- On the feedback page, you can switch between “Positive” and “Negative” feedback and select “Show feedback for this Offer only” to quickly understand the Offer's actual reputation.
- Prioritize sellers with a high positive-feedback rate, stable feedback over the past 90 days, and a longer history on the platform.
1.5 Offer Restrictions
- Before placing an Order, carefully read the Offer title, attributes, and description. Pay attention to these common restrictions:
- Regional restrictions: Some accounts or Gift Cards can only be activated and used in specific countries or regions.
- Account Type requirements: Some Offers support only accounts in a specific region or a particular activation method. Confirm that the stated requirements match your circumstances.
- Device restrictions: Some subscriptions support only specific devices, such as mobile devices only, or do not support TV devices.
- Usage prerequisites: Some Offers require a VPN or a network environment in a specific region to work properly. Sellers usually state this in the description.
- Delivery speed: If you need to use the Offer quickly, prioritize Offers with a shorter Guaranteed Delivery Time.
2. Fraud Prevention
2.1 Common Scams
- A seller or the seller's representative directs you to communicate, pay, or accept delivery outside the platform through Telegram, WhatsApp, PayPal Friends and Family, or another channel.
