Welcome to CAD FastView (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms of these Terms.

• 1. Service Description

The App is a CAD drawing viewer and editor tool running on the iOS platform, providing DXF/DWG drawing viewing, annotation, editing, measurement, format conversion, and other functions. Some advanced features require an in-app purchase subscription to unlock.

• 2. User Accounts

You do not need to register an account to use the basic features of the App. Some features may require you to sign in with your Apple ID in the App Store to complete in-app purchase subscriptions.

• 3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 The App offers auto-renewable subscription services, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Specific prices are as displayed on the App Store.

3.2 Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew. Renewal fees will be charged to your App Store account within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

3.3 You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription through your App Store account settings. After canceling, you may continue to use the unlocked features until the end of the current subscription period.

3.4 Paid subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or App Store policy.

3.5 Free trial periods (if applicable) are limited to first-time subscribers. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

• 4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to the App developer.

4.2 The intellectual property rights of drawing files you import and edit through the App belong to you or the original rights holder. The App makes no claim to any rights over your drawings.

• 5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Infringe upon others' intellectual property or other legal rights
