Overview

CALIO (also referred to as C.A.L.I.O — Compliance Analytics Layer for

Insurance Operations) is a browser extension that assists analysts,

investors, and researchers in reviewing public U.S. SEC EDGAR filings.

Filing contents are processed locally on your device. We do not operate a

remote filing storage server and we do not sell personal data.

## Data We Process
- Public filing text: Requested directly from sec.gov, data.sec.gov, and

related SEC EDGAR hosts when you search companies or extract a document.

Processed locally in your browser memory and extension. Never uploaded to

CALIO remote servers.

• Local preferences: Settings such as optional account email, product-

update opt-in, mail client choice, sidebar state, active membership tier,

and usage counters — stored strictly in Chrome extension local storage on

your device.

• Extract history & watchlist: Stored locally so you can reopen recent

extracts, view historical metrics, and monitor companies you select. You

can clear this data at any time from Preferences or the app sidebar.

• Optional email: Processed only if you enter and save an email address. Product updates are sent only if you explicitly opt in. You can remove your email and clear local data at any time.

• Usage counters: Local monthly and hourly extract counts to respect SEC fair-access guidelines and manage tier limits.

## What We Do Not Collect

- We do not run third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics
