The Service is operated by CLEVA ("CLEVA", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. About CLEVA

CLEVA provides an educational tutoring experience that may include AI-assisted chat, study support, learning recommendations, and progress tracking. The Service is provided for learning and practice purposes only.

CLEVA may update, improve, or change the Service over time, including adding or removing features.

2. Who can use CLEVA

CLEVA is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Parents/Guardians must create the account and are responsible for the Child’s use of the Service.
• Children may use CLEVA only with parental supervision and permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per family unless we approve otherwise in writing.

In these Terms, “you” generally refers to the Parent/Guardian account holder.

3. Account registration and security

To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide registration information.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any activity by a Child using the Service through your account.
