Snapshot

Project Type: Demo Workflow / AI Automation System / Multi-Agent Sales Workflow / Human-in-the-Loop CRM Intelligence Agent

Target Users / Buyers: SaaS founders, RevOps consultants, sales teams, CRM consultants, sales agencies, B2B service businesses, startup operators, and revenue teams managing pipeline data manually.

Core Problem: Sales teams often operate with stale CRM fields, scattered deal notes, missed follow-ups, and poor pipeline visibility because important deal context lives across notes, emails, Slack messages, call summaries, manager comments, and people’s memory instead of structured CRM records.

Core Workflow:

Messy sales context → extraction agent → field classification → CRM comparison → stale/missing data detection → risk detection → follow-up recommendation → validation agent → human approval → CRM/task update.

Main Outputs: Deal stage suggestion, next step, follow-up task, stakeholder map, decision-maker identification, risk flags, blockers, buying timeline, stale-field alerts, CRM update recommendations, forecast prep summary, and approval-ready action list.

Tools / Stack: OpenAI, multi-agent workflow design, prompt chains, CRM integration logic, Zapier/Make, Google Sheets, Slack, email parsing, structured outputs, validation logic, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop approval.

Services Demonstrated: AI automation, CRM automation, sales workflow automation, multi-agent workflows, AI integration, human-in-the-loop workflow design, and business process automation.

Context

CRM systems are supposed to be the source of truth for sales teams. In reality, many CRMs become outdated quickly because the real deal context is created elsewhere.

A sales rep may write notes after a call. A manager may ask for an update in Slack. A buyer may mention a blocker in an email thread. A decision-maker may appear in a meeting summary. A timeline may change during a forecast call. But unless someone manually updates the CRM, that context remains scattered.

This creates a gap between what the team actually knows and what the CRM shows.

The problem is not that sales teams lack tools. They usually have too many tools: CRM, Slack, email, call notes, spreadsheets, dashboards, sales engagement tools, and forecast review docs. The problem is that unstructured deal context does not reliably become structured CRM data.

Generic AI tools can summarize notes or draft follow-ups, but that alone is not enough. Sales workflows require structure, validation, context, and careful human approval. A useful CRM automation system should not blindly auto-update important fields. It should extract, compare, flag, recommend, and let humans approve final actions.

That is the product thinking behind CRM Hygiene Agent.
