CapTap ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains
how your information is handled.
- Information We Collect
The App has no sign-up. The developer does not directly
collect or store personal information such as your name,
email, or contacts. Tap counts, customization settings,
recorded sounds, and photos are stored only on your device
and are never transmitted externally.
- Advertising & Third Parties
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. In doing so, AdMob
may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
and device information. See Google's Privacy Policy
(https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details. Under
iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), you can choose whether
to allow tracking.
- Permissions
- Microphone: used only to record your own keycap sounds;
recordings are stored only on your device.
- Photos: used only when you add your own keycap images;
selected images are stored only on your device.
Data from these permissions is never transmitted externally.
- In-App Purchases
Purchases (such as removing ads) are handled by Apple. The
developer does not access or store your payment information.
- Data Retention & Deletion
Data stored on your device is deleted when you delete the App.
