The Supermarket is a growing arts and events venue, which means we don't hire into rigid boxes. We hire curious, adaptable people who are excited to learn, contribute, and help shape the future of our organization.
Every team member supports the guest experience, marketing, event production, daily operations, and administrative needs of the venue. As you grow, you'll begin specializing in one of two pathways:
Focused on creating exceptional experiences for guests, community members, artists, and partners through hospitality, front-of-house operations, and event support.
Focused on guiding clients from inquiry through event execution by managing relationships, logistics, and revenue-generating events.
While each pathway has a different primary focus, both collaborate closely and frequently support one another.
