The Mandate
Be the operations engine behind several campaigns at once. Nothing slips, nothing waits on you.
- Drive: Own campaign coordination: timelines, approvals, reminders, submissions. You know what's due, what's late, and what's about to be.
- Track: Trackers, timelines, files, dashboards, contracts. You're the single source of truth, and you answer without checking.
- Research: Competitor teardowns, creator lists, trend discovery. The strategist sets the question; you bring back a point of view, not links.
- Unblock: Documents, approvals, access, anything between the team and shipping. You clear it before it costs a deadline.
The Persona
You are comfortable in chaos and compulsive about order. The job is walking into something undefined and leaving behind a version anyone can follow. Things don't slip, because you build the system that catches them instead of trusting yourself to remember.
Zero ego on unglamorous work. Much of this role is reminders, chasing, and administration, and it is what makes campaigns land on time. You communicate clearly and close loops without being asked twice.
The Bar
Our criteria are unapologetically narrow.
- Experience: At least a year in ops, content coordination, or an agency environment. You've run operations, managed content or creators, or both. Agency pace helps, because you already know what a real deadline feels like.
- Organizational capacity: You have run several work streams in parallel and can describe the system that held them together.
- Comfort with ambiguity: Handed a task with no process attached, you build the process. You don't wait for a template, and you don't need the whole picture before you start.
Why This Role
Master how public perception and global attention are manufactured. This is the single most valuable, future-proof skill set in today’s world. Learn it, and you can distribute any product or idea for the rest of your career.
