Two things. We design and integrate complete AVL systems for churches nationwide, from the drawings through installation and commissioning. And we teach church production teams through our YouTube channel, podcast, courses, and annual conference. Most people find us through the teaching and stay for the systems.
Our shop is in Melbourne, Florida. Our crews work on site at churches across the country.
We are around ten people covering the whole country, so everyone here owns something real. Most of our team has run sound, pointed a camera, or led worship on a Sunday. That experience is why churches trust us with their rooms.
What you are eligible for depends on the role, and every posting lists its own. Across the company these include a health care plan (Medishare), a retirement plan, paid time off, training and certifications, and a travel hardship premium for eligible travel days.
