How to Read These Case Studies

Every case study in this portfolio answers five questions:

  1. What was the problem? (Evidence-backed, not assumed)
  2. Who was the user, and what were they actually trying to do? (Jobs to be done, not demographics)
  3. What was the strategy, and why that strategy over the alternatives? (With trade-off reasoning)
  4. How did we execute, and what was the method? (Discovery, experimentation, delivery)
