Pipoca Ágil's video content was scattered across channels, making it hard for community members to find structured learning paths. I led product discovery and delivery for Europa 3, a platform that organizes this content into guided learning tracks — validating real user interest through a behavioral funnel before investing in scaling content production.

Pipoca Ágil had built a large library of agile/product videos over time, but the content lived loosely across platforms with no structure. New learners didn't know where to start, and the same orientation questions kept coming up in the community. The hypothesis: if content were organized into sequential learning tracks, users would engage more deeply and self-serve their learning path — reducing repetitive support questions and increasing content consumption.
The project started with a Lean Inception workshop (based on Paulo Caroli's method), run over several sessions with the full team. This produced:
