Your sales now match Shopify's report, day by day

Finally! 🎉 Juicy now counts every change to an order on the day it happened: items added or removed by an edit, refunds, returns and restocks. Before, everything belonged to the day the order was placed. The new way is how Shopify's own sales report works, so gross sales, discounts, returns, shipping, taxes and total sales in Juicy now match Analytics > Sales in Shopify for the same period.

What you will notice:

Returns and refunds show up on the day they happened. A return in March on an order from January now reduces March, not January.
A new setting, Accounting date ⚙️. Under Settings > General you can switch back to counting everything on the order date if you prefer the final value of each order on the day it came in.
The order page shows an order's figures by date. An order that was edited, refunded or restocked lists each day separately, with a short note on what happened that day, and you can correct costs for each day on its own.
A new Returns card on the order page shows which items came back and whether they went back into stock.
Tips are counted in your net revenue, not in your sales, the same way Shopify reports them.

Your totals over a longer period do not change; only the days they fall on do. Any corrections you made to orders are kept.

Sorry, we didn’t update the changelog in the last couple of days, we were pretty busy shipping new features and improving the app.

We’re still working on some bigger changes in the background. Stay tuned, we’re almost done.

Facebook connections do not expire anymore ♾️

When you connect your Facebook account to Juicy it showed you an expiry date of the connection. We were finally granted some advanced permissions from Facebook and can now get a connection to Facebook which is not time limited.
