Welcome to Charades (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Charades is a party guessing game for one phone. One player holds the phone to their forehead, the others act out the word, and a tilt of the phone scores it.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Charades mobile application.
By using Charades, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Charades does not require an account. The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and your message (see Support Emails below).
During a round, the app reads the phone’s motion sensor to detect when you tilt it up or down. This happens only on your device. Motion data is never stored or sent anywhere.
Custom decks you create, your best scores, streaks, level and settings (language, sound, haptics, tilt sensitivity) are stored only on your device. The words you write in custom decks are never sent anywhere.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
