RECRUITER ANALYSIS PROMPT
Act as a senior recruiter with 15 years of
experience in talent acquisition. Based on my
resume, do the following:
1. List the 20 job titles I am most qualified
for, ranked by strength of fit.
2. For each title, list the exact keywords that
ATS systems scan for in that role.
3. Identify any gaps or weaknesses a hiring
manager would notice in under 10 seconds.
4. Rate my resume on a scale of 1-10 and tell
me exactly what would move it to a 10.

ChatGPT will return a ranked list of job titles sorted by how well your resume fits each one. It will also pull out the specific keywords that Applicant Tracking Systems look for. This matters because most companies run your resume through ATS software before a human ever sees it. If the right keywords are not there, your application gets filtered out automatically.
