1. Go to their website ccb.com
2. Login into your personal account. You may have to register for an account
3. On one of your accounts, click "明细" to get detailed transaction records.
4. Filter for the transactions you want. Then at bottom of page, select "下载明细".
5. You can choose .txt or .xls. The file is encoded with UTF-8.
