CiR (CodePath in Residence) embeds an experienced engineer at partner universities, particularly Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), to teach computer science classes, mentor students, and help build robust tech pipelines into the industry.

| π©βπ« Professor of Record | Solves high-level university issues; maintains official course records; advises on university policies; ensures the course is open for registration and the roster is accurate; supports credentialing for adjuncts and TFs. |
| π¨βπ« CodePath Adjunct Instructor | Teaches class and preps materials; leads weekly team meetings; holds office hours; monitors missing forms or assignments; notifies CodePath of student concerns; assigns TFs to student pods; rotates meeting note-taking; submits the weekly Check-in (Google Form); assigns weekly TF tasks. |
