Binding rule

Every City page, including child pages, uses one still language and one callout grammar. District color answers where. Evidence class answers what is established. Styling never upgrades a claim.

Still language

Near-black laboratory or civic chamber.
Cyan = live instrument.
Bronze = Λ-ghost / predicted or reconstructed overlay.
Mint = lock / certificate / kernel.
No type on stills. Captions live in callouts, not on the image.
First block after the still is always the OPEN LIVE (or OPEN THE CITY / CIVIC ROUTE) blue callout, then the gray VISUAL SYSTEM callout — unless the page is a registry row or a citizen card, in which case a single gray identity callout is enough.
