• A Class B Technical Foul that is similar to an Administrative Technical Foul and:
  • Does not involve contact (hanging on the rim, delay of game, etc.)
  • Does not rise to the level of unsportsmanlike conduct (flopping, etc.)
• Examples include minor rule infractions or procedural issues.
• NCAA and Pro levels are the only levels that distinguish between a Class A and Class B Technical Foul.
