Cliff takes your equity grants (RSUs) and shows what they're actually worth after estimated tax — not just the headline number. It covers your after-tax total, a countdown to your next vest, a what-if price simulator, multiple grants and tickers, and local vest reminders.
No — they are estimates, meant for planning, not filing. Cliff models federal, Medicare, Social Security and state withholding using rates you can edit yourself. Your real withholding depends on your employer, your total income, and your filing status. Cliff is not tax or financial advice; talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about selling.
Yes. Tap the tax rate on the Home screen (or open Profile) to edit your state rate and other settings so they match your situation.
Yes. Enter the share price manually when you add the grant. Live price lookup is only for public tickers.

Cliff Pro includes CSV export. There is no cloud sync, so if you delete the app your data goes with it.
