Please read this Policy together with the Coachlytic Terms and Conditions. It explains cancellation and refund arrangements for Coachlytic PRO24, including what may happen when personalised plan creation or digital supply has already started.

Coachlytic PRO24 is a personalised four-week fitness programme created using information you provide through the Coachlytic questionnaire.
Your purchase contains a service element involving the creation and personalisation of your programme and a digital-content element supplied electronically, including your completed workout-plan PDF and, where included, your training-calendar file.
Because your plan is personalised and generation is designed to begin shortly after your order is accepted, cancellation rights may be affected once creation or digital supply has started.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into, subject to the rules that apply where services or digital content begin during that period.
You do not need to give a reason when exercising a statutory cancellation right.
Your cancellation rights may change or end where you have expressly asked Coachlytic to begin providing the service or digital content during the cancellation period and the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
PRO24 is designed to begin generation without waiting until the end of the normal 14-day cancellation period.
Before you pay, Coachlytic will ask you to expressly request that creation and supply of your personalised PRO24 begins after your payment has been successfully verified, the required safety and compliance checks have passed, and Coachlytic has accepted your order.
You will also be asked to acknowledge that beginning the service and supplying the digital content may affect or end your statutory cancellation rights.
