Part 1: Code of Conduct

This is a community hackathon for people of different backgrounds. The short version: be kind.

What we expect

Treat everyone, including participants, mentors, judges, volunteers, sponsors, organizers, and venue staff, with respect and courtesy. Everyone at the Event is held to this standard, not just participants.

What's not okay

• Harassment, intimidation, mocking, or demeaning behavior, including anything targeting someone's gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, appearance, race, religion, or country of origin
• Deliberately offensive comments or unwanted sexual attention, sexualized content, or stalking
• Cheating, or taking unfair advantage of someone else's work

Enforcement

If you're asked to stop a behavior, stop immediately. Organizers may issue a warning or remove you from the Event, at their discretion, for any violation.

Reporting

If something feels wrong, tell an organizer in person or email [email protected]

You can report anonymously.

Part 2: Terms of Participation

In these terms, "Zeon Systems" means Zeon Systems and its affiliates. "Releasees" means Zeon Systems, the Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
