• Do I need to create an account? Yes, an account helps save your analysis results and track your color journey over time.

Color Analysis Process

• How long does the analysis take? The AI analysis typically takes 30-60 seconds after you complete all three photos (skin, hair, eyes).
• Can I retake my photos? Absolutely! You can retake any photo during the analysis process if you're not satisfied with the lighting or quality.
• What if the analysis seems wrong? Retake your photos in better lighting conditions. Natural daylight gives the most accurate results for color analysis.

Camera & Photos

• Why does the app need camera permission? We need camera access to take photos of your skin, hair, and eyes for accurate color analysis.
• Are my photos stored on your servers? No! We only extract and save the color codes from your photos. The actual photos are immediately deleted after processing.
• Can I use photos from my gallery? Yes, you can choose photos from your gallery or take new ones with the camera.
