• Disclaimers

  • I use translation tools, so there may occasionally be minor language or phrasing mistakes.
  • I may occasionally livestream my drawing process within Discord communities or among friends. If you have strict privacy concerns regarding your commission, please inform me in advance.
  • I may alternate between working on Commissions, Adoptables, and personal projects to avoid burnout.
  • 3D models and photobashing techniques may be used for certain decorative elements. All assets have been heavily edited and customized to ensure a unique look and feel. If you have any concerns, I am happy to show you the original asset sources.
  • I use AI only for inspiration and research. I do not use AI to create any part of the final art. I can accept briefs or references that include AI-generated concepts. However, I will NOT accept requests that require hard referencing, heavy tracing, or direct editing from AI-generated images.
  • Speedpaint videos or layer screenshots are available upon request for work verification purposes. Reserved exclusively for the client (commissioner), individuals explicitly authorized by the client, or group administrators.

Usage Rights

• Personal Use: Included in the base price (For personal display or non-monetized personal galleries.)
• Monetized Content: +100% of the total price (For content that generates direct/indirect income, e.g., YouTube/Twitch streams, VTuber usage, banners.)
• Commercial Merchandising: +150% of the total price (For physical/digital products intended for sale, publications, or mass distribution.)

※ Usage rights can be upgraded later.

• Do not claim the artwork as your own creation. Please credit HiranoYukaXx.
• I reserve the right to post completed artwork on my social media and portfolio, unless you request otherwise in advance.
• Redesigns and minor edits such as cropping, resizing, or adding your own text/watermarks are permitted.

Ownership
