Your institution will occasionally ask you as an Instructor, to review your students' attendance through Stellic, as part of the early alert process. This helps advisors catch students who are falling behind early.

Here is the experience, from getting notified to submitting your review.

1. You'll get notified when a review is ready

You'll be notified in two ways:

• Email — sent to your inbox

  

• In-app notification — click the bell icon in Stellic, under "Review Cycles"

If you teach more than one section, you'll get a separate notification for each one.

Example: "New review assigned — You have a new review for CLCV 113 · 01 due on [date]."

Tip: You don't need the notification to get started — you can always find your reviews under the Reviews tab in the left-hand navigation.

Click the notification (or go to the Reviews tab in Stellic) to open the review.

2. What you'll see when you open a review

At the top of the page:

• The course code and section (e.g., CLCV 113 · 01)
• Course title (e.g., Gods, Heroes, And Monsters)
