This isn't a generic research role. It's for someone who wants customer conversations to shape company decisions.
What you'll own
- Running continuous consumer research across new, repeat, lapsed and high-value customers.
- Understanding the complete customer journey—from discovery to repeat purchase.
- Combining qualitative research with surveys, funnel data and behavioural insights.
- Turning conversations into clear, prioritised recommendations.
- Building personas, journey maps and an insights repository the entire company uses.
- Working closely with Product, Design, Growth, CRM and Brand to influence decisions across the business.
We'd love to speak if you if
- Have 3–5 years in UX research, consumer insights or design research.
- Are exceptional at interviewing, moderating and synthesising qualitative research.
- Can balance qualitative intuition with quantitative evidence.
- Enjoy finding patterns in messy customer feedback.
- Prefer building a research function from scratch over joining a mature one.
- Are endlessly curious about consumer behaviour and culture.
