Keyword & Content Research Process

To build an effective 3-month SEO content calendar, I started with keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Keywords Everywhere, and manual Google SERP analysis. I identified high-volume, low-to-medium-difficulty keywords related to flowcharts, process automation, and workflow tools.

Then, I grouped these keywords by search intent: Top of Funnel (TOFU), Middle of Funnel (MOFU), and Bottom of Funnel (BOFU). I also explored subreddits like r/ITManagers, r/projectmanagement, and r/humanresources to find real-world pain points and questions my content could solve.

Each keyword was mapped to a content pillar, ensuring my blog titles aligned with business goals and user needs.
