Setup (about 5 minutes)
- Duplicate this page into your own workspace (••• → Duplicate), or keep it where it is.
- Clear the sample rows in both databases once you've had a look. They show how the automatic fields behave.
- Add 3 questions to the Questions database. Copy them word for word from comments, DMs, Reddit or search suggestions.
- Turn one question into posts. In Content, add a row per platform (TikTok, Instagram…) and set Source question to it.
- Open the Board each morning and move cards: Idea → Drafted → Ready → Posted.

Optional: Source question links the post to the question it answers. That one link powers the repurposing tracker.
What updates itself
- Timing: 🚨 Late, 🔥 Today, ⏰ Soon (within 2 days), 🗓️ Planned, 📥 No date yet, ✅ Posted.
- Progress: dots and a percentage based on Status.
- Next step: tells you what to do with each card.
- Days to publish: countdown to the Date.
- In Questions: Versions made, Versions posted, Platforms covered, Used on (first posted date) and Repurpose progress.

Why only 5 fields? Calendars die when they take longer to update than the post takes to write. So you type the 5 things only you know, and formulas and rollups handle the rest. Posted?, Posted on and Days to publish are helper fields; leave them alone.
