You will work closely with creators to develop binge-worthy formats across themes like money, skills, productivity, and alternate income — while using AI tools to move faster, test smarter, and scale efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Lead the creation of short-form video formats and creator-led shows
• Collaborate with creators on concepts, scripts, playlists and episodic storytelling
• Use AI and automation tools across research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and content workflows
• Track performance metrics like retention, watch time, and engagement to optimise formats
• Run rapid content experiments from pilot concepts to scaled series
• Work closely with growth and content teams to shape the overall content roadmap

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in AI-first content companies or creator-led platforms
• Strong experience building and scaling short-form video content
• Experience working directly with creators and managing content formats end-to-end
• Strong storytelling instincts with excellent Hindi and English communication skills
• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance and scalability
