Programme Synopsis

Every brand has people doing the real work behind it, and they're usually the most convincing storytellers a company has. This retainer builds a lean, repeatable content system around those people: real workers, real skill, real environments, produced efficiently enough to run every month without a five digit price tag per video.

Across a structured 3 month engagement, we take a brand from a single concept to a proven monthly content rhythm, one hero video a month, built out into cutdowns, Stories, and carousels, so a single shoot carries a full month of presence across the brand's channels.

Format

Duration: 3 month retainer, structured in monthly phases, planning, production, and release

Production model: lean crew, 1 to 3 people, sized to the shoot

Best suited for: brands and organisations with a story tied to real people, real skill, or real environments, corporate, government linked, and community facing organisations alike.

What You Get

• A content strategy built around 2 to 3 recurring pillars, so output tells one coherent story instead of unrelated clips
• A minimum of 3 hero videos across the retainer, each delivered as a hero video, a cutdown, a Stories version, and a carousel
• A consistent monthly release schedule from Month 2 onward, even though production happens in efficient bursts rather than evenly across the calendar
• A repeatable system, crew, workflow, and creative format, that can extend to new sectors, campaigns, or brand lines after the trial period

Investment note: Retainer fees cover strategy, coordination, and the production process. Lean production is billed separately per video, based on the confirmed shoot schedule each month, a significant step down from traditional five digit single video productions.
