Craftive（「存帧」）是一款在您的 iPhone 或 iPad 上运行的照片创作应用。我们不设立 Craftive 账号，亦不会将您的照片、视频、位置信息或作品上传至我们的服务器。
1. 我们如何处理信息
Craftive 主要在您的设备上读取、显示、编辑和保存信息。我们不会通过本应用将上述信息传输至开发者服务器，或传输至分析、广告类服务的服务器。拍摄地点查询与 App 内购买将使用 Apple 提供的在线服务，具体处理方式见下文。
- 您选择的照片、视频和实况照片。经系统照片选择器选取后，用于在本机进行装裱、拼图、分图、仿色、媒体转换、导出或分享。普通保存仅申请「添加照片」权限。拍摄参数与坐标仅从您选中的文件读取；若文件中不含地点信息，界面中的地点将保持空白，您亦可自行填写。仅在您主动查看作品原片，或开启「保存到存帧相簿」时，本应用才会请求照片读取权限。专用相簿功能需要「完全访问照片」，且仅用于查找或创建该相簿，并将新保存的作品加入其中，不会浏览您的完整照片图库。即使您未开启该功能或拒绝授予完全访问权限，在获得添加照片权限后仍可正常保存。关闭相簿开关并不会撤销系统已授予的权限，您可在系统设置中自行调整。
- 照片自带的拍摄信息（EXIF）。可能包括机型、镜头、曝光参数，以及文件中已有的 GPS 信息，用于在作品画面中显示日期、地点或机型文字。导入时，若所选文件含有坐标但缺少地名，本应用会通过 MapKit 将上述坐标发送至 Apple 地图服务，以查询城市或地区名称；此步骤需要联网。返回的地名仅保留在设备上供创作使用，不会发送至我们的服务器。本应用不会请求设备的实时位置，亦不会为读取拍摄地点而申请相册权限。导出时默认不将 GPS 信息写入新文件；如有需要，您可在导出设置中开启。该导出选项并不控制导入时的地名查询。
- 您的个人素材与预设。导入的字体、透明图、贴纸，以及保存的 Look 与文案预设均存放于应用沙盒中，仅用于您的创作。
- 本机偏好。例如启动时显示的首页、快捷导航位置等，均保存在您的设备上。
- 购买。Craftive Pro 通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成。付款资料由 Apple 处理，我们无法获取您的支付卡号或 Apple 账户电子邮件地址。设备上的 App Store 交易记录仅用于确认您是否已解锁 Pro。
2. 我们如何使用
上述信息仅用于向您提供正在使用的创作、导出、会员解锁和恢复购买功能，不会用于广告投放、用户画像或向第三方出售。
3. 共享
我们不会向广告网络、分析工具或其他第三方开发者提供上述信息。
拍摄地点查询使用 Apple 地图服务；系统相册、系统分享表和 App 内购买亦由相应的系统服务处理。Apple 对这些服务所涉数据的处理，适用其隐私政策，地图服务另见 Apple 地图与隐私。我们不接收 Apple 地图服务的用户请求日志。
如您将作品分享至其他应用或社交网络，相关服务将按其自身政策处理您所分享的内容，我们对此无法控制。
4. 保留与删除
- 编辑过程中尚未导出的修改仅保存在内存中，离开编辑页面后即被丢弃。
- 作品索引、个人素材、字体、Look 和偏好可在应用内删除；卸载 Craftive 将删除应用沙盒中的数据。
- 已保存至系统相册的照片或视频由「照片」应用管理。卸载 Craftive 不会删除上述内容。
- 订阅须在设备的 App Store 账户设置中取消；卸载应用并不会取消订阅。永久购买随您的 Apple 账户保留，可在 Craftive 内使用「恢复购买」。
我们不运营用于存储用户内容的云端数据库，因此无法应请求「从我们的服务器删除您的照片」——相关数据本就不存储于我们的服务器。
5. 追踪与广告
我们不使用广告标识符，不请求「允许 App 跟踪」，不接入分析或广告 SDK，亦不会将数据用于跨应用或跨网站追踪。
6. 儿童
Craftive 并非以儿童为主要服务对象，亦不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
7. 变更
本政策更新后，我们将修订本页的生效日期。若信息处理方式发生实质变化，我们会在应用内或本页予以提示。如您在政策更新后继续使用本应用，即表示您已了解更新后的政策。

Craftive (“存帧”) is a photo-creation application that runs on your iPhone or iPad. We do not create Craftive accounts, and we do not upload your photos, videos, location information, or works to our servers.
1. Information we process
Craftive reads, displays, edits, and saves information primarily on your device. We do not transmit this information through the app to servers operated by us, or to analytics or advertising services. Capture-place lookup and In-App Purchase use online services provided by Apple, as described below.
- Photos, videos, and Live Photos you select. After you choose them with the system picker, they are used on-device for framing, collage, split, color match, media conversion, export, or sharing. Ordinary saving requests Add-Only permission. Camera settings and coordinates are read only from the file you select. If the file contains no location, the location field remains blank, and you may enter a place name yourself. The app requests Photos library read access only when you view a saved original or enable “Save to the Craftive album.” That album feature requires Full Access. It is used only to find or create the dedicated album and to add newly saved work; it does not browse your entire library. You may still save after granting permission to add photos if you leave the feature off or decline Full Access. Turning the album switch off does not revoke system permissions, which you may change in Settings.
- Photo metadata (EXIF), which may include camera model, lens, exposure, and GPS already stored in the file you select, is used for on-canvas date, place, or camera captions. During import, if the file contains coordinates but no place name, the app sends those coordinates to Apple’s Maps service through MapKit to look up a city or region name. This step requires an internet connection. The returned name remains on your device for your creations and is not sent to our servers. The app does not request your device’s live location, and it does not request Photos library access in order to read a capture place. GPS is not written into new exports unless you enable it in export settings. That export setting does not control place-name lookup during import.
- Personal assets and presets. Imported fonts, transparent images, and stickers, together with saved Looks and text presets, remain in the app sandbox and are used only for your creations.
- On-device preferences, such as the launch tab and shortcut navigation position, remain on your device.
- Purchases. Craftive Pro is provided through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment details are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card number or Apple Account email address. StoreKit transactions on the device are used only to confirm whether Pro access has been unlocked.
2. How we use information
The information described above is used only to provide the creation, export, membership unlock, and restore-purchase features you are using. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
3. Sharing
We do not provide this information to advertising networks, analytics vendors, or other third-party developers.
Capture-place lookup uses Apple Maps. The Photos library, the system share sheet, and In-App Purchase are also handled by their respective system services. Apple’s processing of data for those services is governed by its Privacy Policy and, for Maps, Apple Maps & Privacy. We do not receive Apple Maps user request logs.
If you share a work with another application or social network, that service processes the content you send under its own policy. We cannot control that processing.
4. Retention and deletion
- Unexported edits in an active session remain in memory only and are discarded when you leave the editor.
- Works index entries, personal assets, fonts, Looks, and preferences may be deleted in the app. Uninstalling Craftive deletes data in the app sandbox.
- Photos or videos already saved to the system Photos library are managed by the Photos app. Uninstalling Craftive does not delete them.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled in your device’s App Store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime purchases remain associated with your Apple Account and may be restored in Craftive.
We do not operate a cloud user database for your content, and therefore cannot fulfil a request to “delete your photos from our servers”—that data is not stored on our servers.
5. Tracking and advertising
We do not use advertising identifiers, do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, do not integrate analytics or advertising SDKs, and do not use data for tracking across apps or websites.
6. Children
Craftive is not directed at children as its primary audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
When this policy is updated, we will revise the effective date on this page. If there is a material change in how information is processed, we will provide notice in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you are aware of the revised policy.
