Select the type of Service you will like to activate:
Enter the SIM Card number that you have previously ordered from us. Click on Verify to proceed to the next step. If the verification process should fail, please verify that the card number is correct as it should have 13 digits and the SIM card is a SIM that was provided to you by us.
Select a Customer entity in which the Service is associated to.
The information will be auto populated if you have entered an address for the Customer. You can also add or change the address here. You can also add a Service Name to help identifying the service being activated.
Select the excess spend that this Service can utilise for services that is outside of the selected Service Plan.
Select the appropriate service that you require. This could be a a standard Mobile service, a Data Pool Service or Mobile Broadband.
Assign the relevant Service Plan that you would like associated with this Service.
Specify if the service you are porting is a postpaid or prepaid account.
Enter the mobile number that you would like to port.
