In this article you'll create a library item (cell) and manage your content on the Content page.
A library item — also called a cell — is a single, standalone piece of content: a video, a PDF, a link, an infographic, a podcast, or a short written guide. (You may have known these as "resource cells".) Cells are perfect for quick reference and just-in-time support — the things learners return to when they need them — rather than a full, sequenced learning journey, which is what a Beeline is for. Once a cell lives in a library, any group with access to that library can find it.

A cell only reaches learners once it sits in a library their group can access.
You can add the same cell to more than one library. Granting a group access to a library is covered in "Create your first library".
💡 Pro tip: Reuse the same cell across multiple libraries instead of recreating it. Update it once and every library stays consistent — handy for a policy or "how to" that several teams need.
