I have written the foundation of what the Creative Leadership Framework will be as an offering to inform, resonate, and engage in cocreation with aligned beings. Below is how I imagine the preparation section to flow:

Stage 1 - Preparation & Intention Setting

Our Creative Leadership Framework (CLF) is a program of learning rooted in Juthour’s vision and offerings. It is designed to support individuals and to attract international organizations by offering a living field in which their members and associates can meaningfully engage.

In simple terms, this framework offers a pathway to connect aligned, gifted, and skilled individuals, communities, and associations into an exchange of mutual contribution. Juthour’s landscape, and the individual themselves, are held as fertile ground for their respective ecological and personal success.

Recognizing our shared need to cocreate a world where we live in sovereignty, we see the importance of taking both collective and individual action, and of equipping ourselves with the skills necessary to create change and to lead ourselves. This framework offers an integrative pathway that bridges spiritual and physical realms of service to self and service to others, creating opportunities for actualisation and reciprocity for those who are proficient in higher-dimensional embodiments and/or grounded, tangible, and pragmatic ways of being.

Juthour’s vision is to create educational pathways for mutual benefit within a Palestinian environment, in service to a 200-year vision: equipping current and future custodians with the sustainable means to live in their sovereignty. These visions are anchored in the land itself, where a living tree museum within a nature preserve serves as both altar and beacon for the opportunities of the collective.

This framework is conceived by aligning these visions with value-based criteria of synergistic relationship-building, forming relationships harmonious with nature that support embodied roles of stewardship, held in love for self, others, and the living world. Through this learning framework, we seek to collectively regenerate both our natural lands and our innate remembrance of the education that is both our inheritance and the legacy we are called to leave.

The Creative Leadership Framework invites collaborators into a living syllabus of learning that moves participants from inductees, to practitioners, to leaders, and finally to stewards. These pathways support the deconstruction of colonial programming of extractive ownership and the emergence of symbiotic land stewardship. They honor trauma-informed care, ecological wisdom, situational awareness, ethical practice, collaborative respect, and leadership through knowledge sharing.

Our intention to embody these virtues is reflected in our vision for the successful delivery of this offering:

  1. A pilot program that inducts internationals and skilled professionals, cocreating a functioning syllabus that empowers individual and collective sovereignty.
  2. A seasonal, tangible, and pragmatic offering that inspires follow-up integration for local communities through pathways forged by practitioners.
  3. Reciprocal exchange opportunities that empower leaders to continue leading through further offerings.
  4. The development of non-extractive, sustainable symbiosis from the top down and the bottom up, creating opportunities for stewards to induct themselves alongside new and returning participants.

The pilot offering aims to interconnect personal growth with external growth, mirroring the skillsets needed to decolonise, and to move from extractive ownership into symbiotic stewardship.

Preparation (Intention)

Our preparation phase includes 7 online connection points to explore 7 core topics.

We aim to gather a council of knowledgeable beings who cocreate with, and feed into, the on-the-ground work held at Juthour in Palestine.

Woven into this offering are personal practices that support embodied sovereignty through reclaiming regulation, accountability, and care for our nervous systems, and improving our physiological and psychological wellbeing.

Application (Cognisance)
