We’re looking for a Creative Technical Director with strong creative instincts and deep Houdini experience. Not pipeline management from a distance, nor pure technical supervision: someone able to move naturally between visual ambition and procedural logic. The role sits between design, motion and technical direction — building systems that support experimentation without becoming unmanageable.
You’ll help translate creative direction into scalable visual workflows across pitches and productions. Part Houdini artist. Part systems thinker. Part visual problem solver. We’re interested in people who can build technically ambitious systems without losing visual clarity, flexibility or speed.
