Creator Collaboration Agreement (Template)

This agreement is entered into between [Company Name] (“Company”) and the undersigned creator (“Creator”).

1. Role

The Creator will produce and publish content promoting the Company's product, service, or brand in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Company.

The Creator agrees not to disclose or distribute any internal materials, including but not limited to content banks, campaign strategies, analytics, documents, communication channels, or other confidential resources.

The Creator is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of the Company.

2. Payment

To qualify for payment, content must:

Artificial inflation of performance metrics through bots, fraudulent traffic, or other deceptive methods is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from payment.

Payments will be made using an approved payment method selected by the Company.

3. Content Retention

The Creator agrees to keep sponsored content publicly available for at least [Retention Period] following publication.

Removing, deleting, privatizing, or materially altering the content before the required retention period may result in forfeiture of unpaid compensation and, where permitted by applicable law and the agreement, reimbursement of payments already issued for that content.
