About the team

Bloomflow is a SaaS platform for collaborative innovation inside large organizations. We help our clients structure, steer, and accelerate their innovation initiatives.

Our Customer Success team (5 people) is central to supporting our enterprise (Grands Comptes) clients throughout their journey. Our mission: ensure a high level of client satisfaction and build lasting relationships that serve the success of our clients' transformation projects. We work closely with the Product, Support, and Engineering teams to deliver an experience tailored to the needs of large organizations.

Your role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you manage a portfolio of large accounts. Your goal: build long-term trusted relationships, spot growth opportunities, and maximize the value the platform brings to your clients.
