About the team

Bloomflow supports public sector organisations in their transformation through innovation. Our Customer Success team (5 people) plays a central role in driving platform adoption and ensuring the success of our clients' projects. As we continue our EMEA expansion, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager with deep knowledge of public sector challenges.

The team supports our public sector clients throughout their entire journey, from onboarding to long-term relationship management. We work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Your role

As a Public Sector CSM, you manage a portfolio of institutional and large public accounts (local authorities, ministries, government agencies, public institutions). Your goal: build lasting trusted relationships, maximise platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
