We handle contact data for a living. That makes security and privacy a part of the product itself: our customers, including some of the largest tech companies in the world — trust us with their prospecting workflows, and their security teams ask hard questions before they do.
That's why this role exists: to continuously raise our security posture - across the application, the infrastructure, the company, and the people - and to prove it through compliance. SOC 2 is where we are today; ISO 27001 and whatever our customers and markets ask for next is where we're going. We're looking for someone who makes us measurably harder to breach year after year, owns certifications as a continuous discipline, and turns each of them into a durable sales asset rather than a one-off project.
There's a dimension that makes this role more interesting than most: FullEnrich is multinational by construction. Our team spans four regions, our customers are worldwide, and our data flows through 20+ providers across jurisdictions. GDPR one day, US state privacy law the next, cross-border transfer questions in between — this context brings a rare texture to compliance, privacy, and security work. This is our first dedicated security & IT role, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You'll own the program end to end, working directly with leadership, the engineering team, and every team in the company. As we grow, the function grows with you — you're building what you'll eventually lead. We're a SaaS platform deployed in the cloud, working with compliance automation tooling; engineers build and run the platform, while you steer the security controls that protect it and partner with them to get them implemented. Much of the security & IT tooling is yours to choose.
