Topics covered

1. Shoaib — screenshot hours

Review of Shoaib's logged hours revealed he has been spending significantly more time than the task requires. Screenshot sessions for the DD account should take approximately 30 minutes, scheduled once in the middle of the month. He currently logs under the Instagram Management contract, which does not match his actual work (AdRoll screenshots). Decision: limit him to one scheduled session per month, no logins outside that window. Contract label to be corrected.

2. David Drebin — missed LinkedIn invoice

David paused LinkedIn this month. A January invoice line was not issued. Ane to add it to the current invoice cycle with a short explanatory note to David.

3. David Drebin — Instagram ads

New Zoom reels and two static images need to be added to the DD Instagram ads. Status unclear — neither Mujtaba nor Mohammed has actioned this. Arseni to obtain Facebook account access from David (device approval required) so Mujtaba can manage the ads directly.

4. Ivan — time tracking

Ivan does not use Trackabi. His time on DD interior renders is invisible, making it impossible to assess profitability accurately or justify price changes to David with data. Arseni to ask Ivan to use Trackabi for at least one month.

5. David Drebin — LinkedIn (David's new agency)

David hired an external agency for LinkedIn at a reported $250/month. Their posts show more personal content (behind-the-scenes, artistic perspective) than iHouseDesign was doing at that price point. Team noted this would be unsustainable at $250 — David is a demanding client.
