Ian Inspires returns to the Central Valley Ecstatic Dance

When’s the last time you took in the world like a child? When’s the last time you lay down all your masks? When’s the last time you gave yourself permission to be 100% authentic?

This Saturday is your permission slip.

The theme is: Free to Be.

Come as you are… leave as you’ve always been.

The beginning of the dance will be lightly facilitated to encourage child-like wonder, awe, curiosity and play to enrich your movement.

🗓 Saturday, November 15th 🕕 12–2 PM 📍 Alegría Yoga Shala – San Mateo, CR 💵 7-10mil donation
