Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts and delivering visually striking designs across digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Work On

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Develop and adapt creatives in different sizes and formats for various platforms.
• Design branding materials, mockups, and visual identity elements.
• Create thumbnails, end cards, sales templates, mnemonics, tangles, and wobblers.
• Design print materials including tent cards, paper advertisements, invitations, envelopes, and book designs.
• Develop outdoor advertising materials such as banners and other promotional creatives.
• Create web banners and digital advertisements.
• Develop logo concepts and contribute to brand identity development.
• Support UI/UX design and create visual layouts and mockups where required.
• Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Use AI prompting and other creative tools to explore and develop design concepts.
• Resize, modify, and repurpose existing creatives while maintaining visual consistency.
• Conduct competitor and creative research to identify new design trends and ideas.
• Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely delivery.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept development to final delivery.
