Dalao English is a general-purpose language-learning tool and is not specifically directed to children below the minimum age set by applicable law. The App requires no account, contains no targeted advertising, and does not create child profiles on our servers.

Courses, saved items, recordings, and media are managed locally by the user. YouTube, Bilibili, and Apple App Store each apply their own age requirements, parental-consent mechanisms, and privacy policies.

Parents and guardians should help minors select age-appropriate media, manage purchases and subscriptions, and avoid sending unnecessary identifying information or private media in support email.
