My work sits at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and organizational psychology. I help leaders and teams navigate complexity, make better decisions, and build the kind of psychological safety that makes honest work possible.
I recently completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate, where my capstone project investigated how AI agents affect leadership trust and human judgment in organizations. That project reflects what I care about most: understanding people, and building systems that work with human nature rather than against it.
