What this feature does: A Data Sink is where Dost sends processed documents: an ERP, an FTP server or a custom API. The ERP connector also syncs master data (vendors, items, POs…) from the ERP into Dost so documents can be coded against it.
Who uses it: Admins / implementation team
Where: Sidebar → Integration → New Integration → Data Sinks

Each connector card has a Connect button. Besides the standard ERPs (Business Central, NetSuite, Odoo, Holded, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage X3, SAP B1…) and outputs (FTP, One Drive, Google Drive), the list can include custom connectors built for one client. Those are set up per organisation and only that client sees them.
Connect on the ERP.Continue.Configure and Disconnect.

Integration runs as the user who connected the connector. A document is sent to the ERP only if the user who uploaded it has the connector connected. If another user later edits that document, it still integrates. A document uploaded by a user without a connected connector will not integrate.

Once connected, Dost automatically creates the connector's fields (for example BusinessCentralVendorName, NetsuiteVendorId, HoldedVendorName) pre-filled with the values synced from the ERP. Pick the value on the document review page, or fill it automatically with mapping (Configuration → Mapping).
