To kick off the build, I started by setting up a clean, branded GoHighLevel sub-account for Nolan & Co. Realty, locking in the correct local timezone and business hours to ensure our future automations run at operationally sound times. Before touching any visual builders, I designed the database skeleton by creating five key custom fields—Budget Range, Timeline, Property Interest, Lead Source, and Pre-Approved (Y/N)—and our core status tags (lead-new, lead-nurture, lead-hot, client) to standardize our lead data right from the start. This database-first setup ensures we capture clean, consistent information rather than sloppy, unstructured text. This immediately benefits my client, Mara Nolan, by stopping lead leakage, eliminating messy manual tracking, and giving her a single dashboard where she can instantly qualify a buyer's budget and financial readiness at a glance.
