On Day 1, I built the literal CRM database skeleton for Ferrow Air & Heat, setting up nine specialized custom fields like Service Type, Urgency, and Estimated Job Value alongside ten core automation tags to keep our customer data standardized. I then mapped out our complete 10-stage Service Request Journey pipeline—tracking leads from initial intake through technician dispatch to job completion—and created custom values for key business details like their office phone. To test our database hygiene, I manually created standard and emergency test contacts and dragged them through the pipeline stages, confirming that GHL successfully preserves and maps our data. This database layout gives the client a structured command center, eliminating messy text fields and ensuring Mara can instantly qualify, track, and locate any homeowner's job details at a single glance
