On Day 3, I set up the visual sales command center by building our Home Buyer Journey pipeline with six strategic stages, running from New Lead straight through to Client, to give every prospect a clear, trackable home in the sales cycle. I then wired up a simple automation that instantly generates an Opportunity card in the New Lead stage the second a buyer submits our Day 2 form. To keep the database highly actionable, I configured dynamic Smart Lists—specifically New This Week and Hot Leads—allowing Mara to segment her database automatically based on lead activity. This phase is critical because it bridges raw data collection with daily sales operations, giving Mara a clean, drag-and-drop pipeline board where she can prioritize her high-value conversations and track her active deal flow at a glance.
