On Day 4, I set up our booking ecosystem by building a custom GHL calendar called Estimate / Service Appointment with optimized, dispatch-friendly availability, and integrated its link directly into our automated follow-up messages. I then engineered Workflow 3 (Appointment/Estimate Booking) to handle the backend operations the exact second a booking occurs: it automatically updates the pipeline opportunity card to Estimate/Visit Scheduled, applies the appointment-booked tag, fires off dynamic email confirmations, and alerts the internal team. Crucially, I designed this workflow to act as our nurture "kill-switch"—instantly ejecting the contact from any active pre-booking nurture campaigns so they never receive redundant marketing once they’ve scheduled. This gives the Ferrow team a hands-off, self-updating scheduling engine that coordinates dispatches perfectly while keeping the customer journey highly professional and friction-free.
