On Day 6, I built out our conversion endpoint by setting up a native GHL calendar widget for our "Free Home Buying Consultation" with customized 30-minute slots and built-in scheduling guardrails. I then engineered the backend "Appointment Booked" workflow to handle the booking aftermath—automatically applying the lead-hot tag, stripping away the lead-new tag, updating the opportunity stage to Appointment Booked, and firing off immediate confirmation messages. This closed-loop scheduling engine completely automates Mara's calendar management, updating her CRM pipeline in real-time the exact second a client selects a slot.
