Convexia Labs, Inc., doing business as Daybreak ("Daybreak," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the websites (including daybreak.fi), dashboards, applications, application programming interfaces, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you access or use the Services. Convexia Labs, Inc. is the controller of personal information processed under this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

1.1 Information you provide. When you sign up for an account or waitlist, subscribe to updates, contact us, participate in our community channels, or apply for a role with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your communications or application.
1.2 Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and usage, which may include: your IP address and approximate location derived from it (used, among other things, to enforce the geographic and eligibility restrictions described in our Terms of Service); browser type and language; operating system and device type; referring and exit pages and URLs; pages viewed, features used, clicks, and timestamps; and application performance and debugging information. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 3.
1.3 Blockchain information. When you connect a wallet or authorize (i.e., sign) a blockchain transaction through the Services, we collect your public wallet address and information associated with that address and transaction, such as token balances, mint and redemption activity, and swap activity. Public blockchains are, by design, public: information written to the Solana blockchain is publicly available, permanent, and outside our control, and we cannot control whether or how third parties use information stored on a blockchain.
1.4 Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from analytics and infrastructure providers and from publicly available sources, including public blockchain data.
